Remembrance Tree Lights

The Beautiful Remembrance Tree is located at our local Hospice House that will shine bright from early December through January 3. Sponsor one or more lights, which are represented on the tree, to shine in honor or remembrance of your loved one(s). A tribute card will be sent to those you honor or to the families of the loved ones you are remembering.

Please include the following: name, either "In honor of" or "In memory of", names and addresses of who to send the tribute card to.
